A previously published Kells Report article entitled "The Lottery and Property Settlement" mentioned a Family Court case of Eufrosin & Eufrosin [2013] FamCA 311 where the wife had won $6 million in the lottery six months after the parties had separated but before their divorce. The decision was recently appealed. |
